  Welcome to Mrs. Fether/Waldron FFA website. We are an agricultural science program located in Waldron, MI. Our chapter has 44 active AET student accounts and 1 teacher.  

Our students are developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.

Set up for district competition
Lost our FFA Barn today
At the labor auction members make and serve homemade pies and homemade ice cream. The members make 25 pies and serve 8-10 pies and the other pies are sold by auction.
Career development events give student the opportunity to sharpen their  communication skills. Team work is essential when presenting a demonstration.
Members and alumni work in groups of 4-6 each cleaning 5 or more miles of county roads. This group cleaned 72 miles in 6 hours. This annual event has been ongoing for the last 19 years. It is safe to say we have cleaned over 1400 miles.
The chapter lock-in has many different activities to suit every ones needs. Members can choose between board games, movies inflatables, and sports. Teachers and community members volunteer as chaperones for the evening.
The pork chop dinner serves 200 community members at the annual Labor Day Event held at Waldron Area schools. Members of our chapter officer team work as servers at the dinner.
These members have completed the dairy foods contest. This contest teaches students about careers in the dairy foods industry.
Leadership contests teach the members teamwork and cooperation. These members are at a networking lunch working on their agriculture issues topic.
Members of the Waldron FFA Chapter are presenting their market steers to the judge.
Members of our chapter have been providing farm animals for the county head start community picnic for the past 9 years.
After three hours of cleaning roadside, we take a lunch break and then continue cleaning for another two hours. Roadside cleanup allows our chapter members to take part in annual community service. Assuring that the environment around us is clean and suitable for wildlife is important to us.
